What is GameDayRitual?  I'm not sure, but it sounds promising.  This will be their second season.  I saw it advertised on a fantasy baseball site last season an it piqued my interest, but I decided to not do it &i-(joined a work league instead)-i&

There is no draft or auction for GDR ... they use a unique Free Agent Blitz process that I hear is frighteningly addictive.
