Currently...

22.0 IP, 41 H+BB, 16 K, 7.77 ERA

In 2005, he ended April with a 4.32 ERA with two games out of five where he allowed 5 or more ER...

The strikeout rate is a concern, but  I am still very high on Carlos.  If you can find an owner in your league who is disgruntled, buy low!
