Need Help in a Nl Only league

I got recruited in to a fantasy league by my brother and my dad.  It’s a 12 team league that’s been going on for over 10 years.  Its a salary roster and i got the short end of the stick they said so what would you do with my team or tell me some good sleepers to pick up.
