Need Trade Help, Fantasy Keeper League -- Blalock for Doumit?

I need a catcher. My catcher is Posada, who is on the DL. The trade also involves me giving up from my minor league roster Homer Bailey for Gio Gonzalez and Jake Mcgee. I would have to drop another minor leaguer. My team right now is:

What do you all think? This worth it? Is Baily for real? He stunk last year, but is ripping it up in the minors now. Is Doumit the next Irod or V Martinez? Should I just wait for Jorge to come back and keep Blalock and hope his power and health return? If I do this, who from my minor leagues should I drop?
