Chipper is just a 450 AB kinda guy at this point in his career... sad, really... because he is just so damned good.  But, especially because many writers who vote on this stuff are going to use that against Chipper...  and that's just crap.

You vote a guy like Tony Perez in the hall, then Chipper should be a LOCK.
