They now have one of the best bullpens in the league. Their next best move would be to acquire a quality starter. Signing Brett Tomko was the worst thing L.A. did during this offseason. I think Tampa is going to benefit from this trade too. Edwin Jackson has a lot of star potential, but he hasn't live up to his capabilities yet.
