I don't think there is any "solving" Beltre. He is what he is... and that is a .260 hitter with 20 or so HRs a year (unless he's gonna be a free agent).

I predict 275 or 280, 25 to 30 home runs for Beltre in 2006.(assuming he can stay healthy for the entire season)

He looked like he was on half hit of acid most of last year, taking wild cuts at bad balls and such.

I thought maybe sumtin up wit his eyeballs, but his defense was sharp and at times killer. I think it would be safe to say he’ll bat between .200 and .400 with 3 to 43 jacks.
