For five years in a row, the Yankees have had the best team on paper in all of baseball, including some players who are overpaid (i.e. The 52 million dollar man, Johnny Damon for starters). It seems like Steinbrenner is losing his patience with Joe Torre. Anything less than a World Series ring this year will get Torre kicked out of the Bronx by October.
