Sounds like great news and congrats to Dave Winfield, Rod Dedeaux, and all of the other former players and coaches who made it in. But, I wonder why it took so long to establish a Hall of Fame for former college players. I know basketball combines the two for their hall, but the vast majority of those players played college ball, while very few baseball players did the same thing.
