The kid has a 1.39 career ERA in the minors over 3 seasons. Granted, he's only played in 28 games and pitched a total of 175 innings in that span due to various injuries, none of which were related and none of which, besides a broken arm in high school, have anything to do with his pitching arm. He's struck out 208 guys and only walked 63 and given up 98 hits (WHIP = 0.92). He had a complete game, 2 hitter, 12K game a week or so ago and has a career record in the minors of 13-3. Not too shabby. I look forward to seeing how he does on Friday vs the Reds.
