With Reggie's recent hamstring troubles (what a shocker!), the Yankees would most likely replace one injured player for another. Sanders hasn't even lived up to all the hype given his way on Player Track before the season started, though to be fair, it was based on his '05 stats of 20+ homers in 300 something at bats. As for the Yankees, what's Steinbrenner thinking on this one? Guaranteed, the Yankees will overpay Reggie if they pick him up.

Well, for the record, he wasn't the TOP outfielder... but he was #3. Good move for the Yanks, and good move for Sanders and his fantasy owners who have stuck with him.

This rumor of Sanders going to the Yankees is back on again. If they can't get Abreu, then it's been reported that they will try to snatch Sanders. Who knows? If Reggie ends up in The Bronx, then he just might live up to his billing in playertrack.com as one of the top outfielders...
