This is great news for the Twins. The team that Killebrew and Puckett built gets to stay in the Twin Cities where it belongs. Now, the only team in danger of moving is the Marlins, which would be well deserved, since they have been averaging less than 10,000 fans a game lately.
Agree with you 100%, Conor. Been to the Metrodome and it's a lifeless place. Even the Minnesotan natives hate it. I don't know if it's the lighting or what, but it feels wierd in that place. Plus, the winters are so long and cold and tough, nobody in Minnesota wants to be indoors in the summer!
