This is a sad ending to Gagne's career as a Dodger, but it's time for the club to move on, as they already have guys in the bullpen who are waiting to fill his role. His injuries for the past two seasons or so have become too overwhelming. Hopefully, the rumors about him "juicing" up his body won't turn out to be true, but these injuries raise a cloud of suspicion. For a few years, Gagne became the most dominating closer I had seen since Dennis Eckersley retired. Whenever he came into the game in the ninth, the only thing you could've said was, "GAME OVER"......
