Hopefully, the new place will be different. However, I think the Twin organization should be able to at least foot at least part of the bill to build it. A dozen years ago, a certain owner of the Texas Rangers based his success on building "The Ballpark in Arlington" solely off the local taxpayers back as his qualification for running for the Governor of Texas. George W. was elected and the rest, as they say, is history. Hey, he wasn't going to brag about his time as an oilman when his Daddy's buddies had to keep bailing him out of financial ruin....
