Unlike most of the others who tested positive, Mota actually admitted taking a banned substance. He didn't come up with some lame excuse (ala Bonds,Palmeiro, etc.) of not knowing how the substance got in his body and didn't blame the positive test on his vitamins. To my surprise, Mota apologized for his behavior and took responsibility for it. I'm not condoning Guillermo's violation, but it's sure nice to see a player fess up for it. All will be forgiven and forgotten if Mota keeps himself on the straight and narrow. Just ask Jason Giambi...
