Jose Canseco tweets he receives subpoena in Roger Clemens case

He's no Ozzie Guillen when it comes to Twitter, but Jose Canseco has some interesting things to tweet this morning.

The former slugger says the FBI came to his house this morning and served him with a subpoena to testify before a grand jury investigating Roger Clemens. The fact there is a grand jury trying to determine whether Clemens committed perjury before Congress in February 2008 has not been a well-kept secret.

Canseco also mentions Andy Pettitte and others, however Pettitte's name has never surfaced as being investigated after the New York Yankees pitcher apparently came clean before the same House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.

From Canseco's Twitter feed:

Omg I just got a subpoena to testify before the grand jury about roger clemens, andrew pettite and others on Thursday april 8 2010 at 100 pm

Its like the godfather when I thought I was out they drag me back in. And now it begins again, bye the way my testosterone levels were

We'll keep an eye on this.
