     Brilliant move by the Dodgers and they get insurance in case Gagne doesn't come back from elbow surgery soon.  They now have one of the best bullpens in the league.  Their next best move would be to acquire a quality starter.  Signing Brett Tomko was the worst thing L.A. did during this offseason.  I think Tampa is going to benefit from this trade too.  Edwin Jackson has a lot of star potential, but he hasn't live up to his capabilities yet.  Tropicana Field should be a nice change of scenery for him.
