Tournament rules call for games to be stopped if a team is ahead by 10 runs after 7 innings.  How does that explain the U.S./ So. Africa game being stopped with a 17-0 lead after "5"?  (A special shout-out to Red Sox Chick for pointing this out)

I know South Africa was being humiliated out there (what do you expect from Cricket players?), but I don't remember hearing about them forfeiting the game.  So, it's a mystery as to why the game was called after five innings.
