I am sure that this will be mentioned in our podcast tomorrow.  I have good and bad memories of Steve Howe as a superb pitcher who had the capability of being Gagne-like good... only to watch addiction take over his life.

Toxicology tests have yet to be performed here... I have to admit that I feel badly for thinking the worst.

Howe was driving home from an Arizona business trip, coming back to his home in Valencia, CA, which is only a hop, skip, and a jump from me.
