     Two more strikes and Iriki is banned for life.  He hasn't even made it to the big leagues yet.  These new toughened steroid rules should finally put an end to the Steroid Era in baseball.  Bud Selig should've thought about instituting this rule ten years ago, but unfortunately, he and the owners looked the other way.  They weren't concerned about steroids back then because of the simple fact that those juiced up players put more dough in their pockets and didn't think of the consequences in the years ahead.
