The suspension and fine are deserved.  Garner also got suspended, which I think is also deserved.

After looking at the video, Springer (a pro ball pitcher?) was certainly doing it on purpose.

The only way those throws were's purposeful is if *I* was pitching 'em... When I had a few stints of pitching in Little League, I SUCKED.
