Alomar's camp claims the lawsuit is frivolous.  The ex-girlfriend plaintiff does not claim to have AIDS, but feels she deserves $15 million for the fear.

Of course, she'll have the burden to prove Roberto actually suffers from the AIDS virus.

This will be interesting...
