     I'm not so sure about this one.  Most likely, Palmeiro didn't use steroids in college, but expect a debate to begin on whether he's a good role model for the college athletes.  This is one Hall of Fame that will probably admit Barry Bonds (ASU) and Mark McGwire (USC).
