    Expect some boos from even this friendly home crowd since President Obama won Dallas County's votes by a few percentage points.  When W. owned the Rangers in the early '90's, Canseco and Juan Gonzalez were heavily into steroid usage.  Canseco said himself that he suspected that Bush knew since he spent so much time in the locker room.  Like most of the other owners at the time, I suspect Bush's policy on this one was "Don't ask, don't tell"......
