MLB ticket prices in the secondary ticket market dropped more than ten percent following Opening Day, from an average ticket price high of $43 the week of April 1 – 7 to an average of $38 this week. Prices reflect the average ticket price on Ticket Liquidator, the second largest online ticket reseller, and are based on more than 23,000 MLB tickets sold across the country since January 1, 2012.
