     After four hours of deliberation, jurors in Santa Ana rejected Anaheim's claim in name change dispute.  Legally, I can understand their ruling.  After all, the lease with Moreno called for the team to have Anaheim in its name.  As unusual as it sounds, the Los Angeles Angels of ANAHEIM fits the bill, doesn't it?  Though, I like to refer to them as the L.A. Angels of Anaheim/Irvine/San Juan Capistrano, as Chris Berman does.

     Actually, I understand both sides of this issue.  Arte Moreno's intention is to bring more advertising revenue to the team and Angel fans in Anaheim and Orange County feel that the name change takes away any sense of community and pride.  Of course, there may be political reasons for some in those parts who don't want to be associated with L.A.  Well, as a lifelong Angeleno, I can tell you that I don't want to 
be associated with the birthplace of the John Birch Society.  So, from a Dodger fan's perspective, both my head and heart say to bring back the Anaheim Angels.
