The BEST thing that the MLB can do with regards to their ridiculous (in my view) claim that they own baseball statistics, is simply to enter into the fantasy baseball industry themselves.

This might be their first step towards doing just that.

And, I'm fine with it.  Just don't tell me that I can't use STATISTICS of your game in any way I see fit.
