Giants trainer Stan Conte (no relation to BALCO's Victor Conte) is subpoenaed to testify in front of grand jury, regarding Bonds' alleged steroid use

     Now, perhaps we might find out whether or not anybody in the Giant organization will testify against Barry and rat him out.  It probably won't happen, because Ba-Bo received the steroids from his own personal trainer, Greg Anderson, so it's possible that Stan Conte has no idea what kind of substances were put into Bonds' body.
