The 1952 Mantle, while not a rookie card, is one of the most expensive cards out there.

In the 50's, a Canadian school created a time capsule, and one of the kids put in this card because his brother had said that Mantle was nothing more than a "flash in the pan."

The card, in Mint condition, is probably about $50,000.
