     To this day, ESPN hasn't given an explanation as to why they dismissed Reynolds nor has the woman who made harrassment allegations come forward with her story.  At this point, the public is entitled to both.  Also, if Reynolds really did what this woman said, then why hasn't she filed any charges against him?
