   I predicted in a previous post that Clemens will likely stop the bleeding by dropping the suit.  In the past few days, several more women have come forward, including a few strippers and pro golfer John Daly's ex-wife, though she admitted the affair sort of subtly.  Clemens' goody-two-shoes reputation has been hampered by a lot more things beyond the allegations of Brian McNamee.  It makes no sense to proceed at this point.
