Ben Maller's take reeks of negative reaction.

I just look at it this way.  The guy was great for the Padres.  He was a fan favorite, especialy during his cheating MVP year.

The guy died.  It is sad.  Let the Padres have their celebration of his life as a Padre and just shut up about it.
