You know... I have bashed my elbow so many times, I can't count.

I have never had to have surgery.

Still, I don't get paid to swing a bat and hit a ball over a wall 350+ feet away, so I guess my elbow isn't as important.

Still, shades of Barry Bonds here, and the question: why are these players waiting so long for off-season repair surgery?

I suppose this question doesn't belong here because this is a recent injury in Helton's case... but what is up with Berkman?
