Message #5624 of 6634  *NEW* To :   All From :   Rob Reed   Subject :   Braves snag Javier Vazquez Date :   12/02/08, 8:37pm This guy was pretty darn good in the AL... so good that I think this is a great move for the Braves and, therefore, he becomes an even better fantasy option than he was before... going from above average fantasy hurler to stud in 2009, methinx. The strikeout numbers were excellent in the AL... and his 2007 season was very very nice. I suspect Vazquez now becomes the pitcher that everybody will think they can sneak through in 2009.
