I don't see it. If Baybo is exonerated, I *DO* see a lawsuit by Barry, my former Sports law professor, and the players' association against MLB for collusion. I mean, the evidence is on the table. Barry wasn't up for trial last season, and nobody signed him after a very decent season for the Giants in 2007. Clearly, there were teams like the BlueJays, A's, and Rangers who could have used Barry last year.
