If Ba-Bo is somehow exonerated during his steroid trial in March, then expect him to sign up with the A's or Angels as a DH.

I don't see it. If Baybo is exonerated, I *DO* see a lawsuit by Barry, my former Sports law professor, and the players' association against MLB for collusion. I mean, the evidence is on the table. Barry wasn't up for trial last season, and nobody signed him after a very decent season for the Giants in 2007.

Clearly, there were teams like the BlueJays, A's, and Rangers who could have used Barry last year.

Why would anyone sign him now?
