A new Sheffield? Not likely... he seemed like the nicest of guys when he came to L.A. the first time. It only took a few years before he was his disgruntled, immature self.Still, if I owned a team, lost Aaron Boone to an ACL injury... I'd be more then happy to have a Sheffield to put in my 3B spot.

This leaves the Yanks in a tight spot? Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Boone is overated anyway! & the "poor" ol Yanks(sarcasm) will open up their what seems to be endless checkbook & some player out there will sale his soul to the devil himself, Mr. Stienbrenner! This will be just another disgusting example of how the Yankees (the evil empire) stay in power with all their money! There's nothing special about the Yankees! Not hard to be great with all the riches they have! Get ready Sportscenter & ESPN! Put your chapstick on! Pucker up your New York Yankee ass kissing lips, & get ready to kiss the Yankees ass all baseball season again! ESPN really stands for The Everlasting Stienbrenner Pucker-up Network!
