So, the repercussions are much bigger than just the result, and this doesn't seem to be talked about in this article. Firstly, the defense atty should be able to refute this easily on the basis that it originally was negative, creating an argument of tampering. The only reasonable counter on the part of the prosecution would be that the MLB powers that be COVERED THIS UP. What else could they say?
