brewers info
(By: stabone76)

I wrote a HUGE long blog, and it got deleted.

I have one point i care enough to REPOST and here it is (in alot less words). Check out Doug Davis' Splits over the last 3 seasons. Home vs. Road.

I had alot of info to share, but when it gets deleted its enough to tick a guy off. Anyway, start Davis at Home, sit him on the Road. Check the splits for the last years individually and you will see he is amazingly consistant, even though its for no reason.

Brewers update 3
(By: Brew Crew Fan)

WOW, what a day on the brewers front...

I wont normally do an update on just one game because you can just watch ESPN or check out a boxscore for pure numbers. I just brought this up because there is alot of "inside the numbers" information that i would like to pass on. Since this was an afternoon game on WGN on a saturday, many of you may have watched the game. If so, you can compare your thoughts to mine and see if you agree with my baseball insite for the future.

There is alot to throw in for this Blog, all regarding one game. Today the Brewers beat the Cubs 16-2 at Wrigley Field. They hit...

Brewers info, part 2- Pitching
(By: Brew Crew Fan)

Well, I didnt get my pitchers up Wednesday like i said i would, but I'm sure nobody was really waiting on it so i dont feel bad.

Coming into the season, i seem to have been the only person who had NO interest in Doug Davis and Chris Capuano.

Double D (Doug Davis) in his last two "breakout" seasons with Milwaukee has still had a WHIP of ~1.40 To me, that means alot. I NEVER take any SP with a whip in that area. I usually wont even take a SP with a Whip over 1.32 unless i have some other reason for it. Davis could win 15 BUT he wont do it with pretty numbers. His 5...

My first brewers blog
(By: Brew Crew Fan)

Every couple days I will try to keep some up-to-date information on the Milwaukee Brewers. Team and individual stats, rants, etc. I am just now learning how to blog on this site, so forgive me for the first couple posts if something is posted incorrectly.

First off, I just finished watching the Milwaukee Brewers conclude their FIRST EVER series sweep of the Atlanta Braves.

Everyone knows the Brewers started out 5-0 this season. They finished their first home series (and season) 5-1. They then went on the road against St. Louis, NYM, and Houston. They finished that road trip with a record of 3-6 (8-7 for the season). The Brewers returned home and immediately lost 3 of...
